Chinese startup DeepSec has unveiled its first open AI model. The model has the potential to win a gold medal at the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO).
The Math-V2 model demonstrated its reasoning abilities, achieving a gold-level score at this year’s IMO. This is a feat that only eight percent of humans have been able to achieve.
DeepSec has made the model publicly available on developer platforms (HuggingFace and GitHub), where anyone can run or improve the model for free.
“Imagine using the brain of one of the world’s best mathematicians to conduct research and run it on your own hardware,” said Clement Deling, co-founder and CEO of HuggingFace.
